This season, just as they have for over 150 years, the Knight family is throwing open the doors of their beloved little Apple Shoppe to welcome apple lovers from near and far.

Knight Family Farms is rooted deep in the soil of Colborne, where generations of the Knight family have tended these lands long before today. Now spanning 500 acres of heritage farmland with high-density apple rows, the farm still carries that same sense of authenticity and family pride. Every apple harvested here tells a story of soil, seasons, and honoured tradition.

The Apple Shoppe has been open for more than fifty years — a tiny, warm space where every apple comes straight from the tree to your hands. From the explosive crunch of a Honeycrisp to the nostalgic snap of a classic Macintosh, visitors can choose from more than thirteen varieties, all hand-picked for flavour and heart.
